Training:

Fraynework has its own training facilities at 55 Barry Street where regular training sessions are conducted to give our clients the skills necessary to maintain their own web presence.

Although some sites do require an expert hand, we don’t think a simple line change or addition of a phone number should need a return to your web provider.  Therefore we like to give our clients the knowledge they will need to support their own updates to their website.

Training includes the provision of a site maintenance manual including a style guide to assist in the maintenance of the site. 

Maintenance

Not all of our clients have the staff with the necessary skills, time or interest to maintain the content within their sites so we offer those organisations a maintenance service.

We update content and graphics by making modifications directly to your website.  We can take any modification request via email and action this within two working days, if required.

The cost for this service differs depending on the specific requirements
